[u]firstly Happy New Year[/u]. hello i am new to this site but yet i feel i may be among freinds as i read the posts on here. i have worked in care for 2 years. ive completed my nvq level 2,3,and 4 and have just started my RMA. i got promoted to deputy manager in Oct. i dont know about any of you but this RMA scares the heck out of me. i feel like im drowning. the more i read the more confused i get. mad i know i bet you think i should be used to it but no, i am not. cant wait for my " light bulb" moment. so i may be asking for help during 2008.

thanks danni, guess what i is stuck already. oh crumbs. i need to choose between f3 or f6 and cant decide to be honest my manager does so much that i wonder what my deputy role actually is. im struggling on " you need agrree scope and objectives to monitor organisational preformance" even thoughi do many of the audits the documentation is already in place to meet the min standards. any advice.? which ever one i choose from these 2 i can see me struggling with.
