Evidence for this unit can usually be found in all of your other evidence for your other units.

For example
How do you gather the information that supports your decisionon about what your clients care needs are.
Or how do you gather information so that a decision is made about employing a certain person or not, and how did you come to the decision that more staff were required.
In management we are collecting information all the time and this information enables us to make a decision and also gives us evidence if we need to defend our decision or prove the financial cost to a particular decision that we make.

Basically just look at what you do at work and the evidence will be there.

Another way to go about it would be to arrange two product demonstrations say for cleaning materials.
Watch the demo's, get the prices and then do a cost benefit analysis. you would be able to show technical data for the products and produce a report on what you think is the best produc and why.
In this way, the person having to make the decision would have all the information at their fingertips to help them make that decision.
