Im on the promote professional development assignment and Im struggling on 2.1 and 2.2

Evaluate own knowledge and performance against standards and benchmarks - and -
Prioritise development goals and targets to meet expected standards.

Ive completed most of the assignment but the more I look at these 2 the less i understand what Im being asked for

then think about what you need to do ie development activities (eg training, shadowing etc) to achieve the standards ie plan your development goals. Give a time frame for doing this development

You could have covered this in your appraisals.
