I am finding this nvq3 dipolma rather intelligent for my likeing and struggling with what they actually want from me, i am stuck on task 3,

My task is to write two notes for discussion, identify an issue that has been subject of concern, such as out of hours service by nhs general practitioners, euthanasia or human rights act and consider how the various arguements about the issue have influenced changes in the service delivery and the way you work.

I thought about useing ' Health workers should be sacked' for patronising the elderly, using the terms 'old dear' or 'bed blooking' .

but i am having difficutly putting it in words or even if i am on the right track, so please if anyone can help me???

Hi cirstyb,

First remember you are not writing an essay just notes. Start with the issue you have chosen and give a little background to explain it. Next think of the arguments for and against it and finally how they have influenced the way you now work.

Your subject is a good one because there are several arguments for and against.

Do a little more research to help you. You've made a good start with 'Health workers should be sacked'.
