Hi new to this forum and like so many, looking for help with the knowledge questions.

What action would you take to help your candidate to develop and achieve competence and how could you alter your assessment procedure to meet the candidate's needs?

What are the difficulties in making a safe, fair, valid and reliable assessment of evidence and who would you involve in such cases?

How would you ensure that your language and behaviour does not discriminate against candidates?

How would you encourage and give feedback to candidates with different levels of confidence so they take an active part in their assessment?

Thanks in advance for any help given

No reply's

Not to worry as I have managed to answer most of them myself. However, I am still stuck on one:

"What action would you take to help your candidate to develop and achieve competence and how could you alter your assessment procedure to meet the candidate's needs?"

Not the whole of the question, just the second part - how could you alter.... - any help would be appreciated, as this will mean I have completed all the questions
