How do You cross reference the performance criteria with the Knowledge specifaction. if any body as any information on it. that would be great so i can get my head around it.

An example of this could be that when you have covered:

HSC 31a 2 - you work with individuals to understand their preferred methods of communication and language and ensure that any specific aids they require are available

You could also have covered:

KS 2 - how to provide active support to enable individuals and key people to communicate their needs, views and preferences using their preferred method and media of communication and language

and also:

3a - a method of and way of communicating that supports equality and diversity
