i have completed my A1 assessors award, i would now like to move on and work as an assessor. i have had a couple of interviews, but they only want experienced assessors. can i please ask any one out there.....
1. how do i get experience if im not given the chance.
2. im up in the south tyneside/sunderland area, is there any companys who may be more willing to take on trainee trainers?

To complete your assessors award you must of assessed at least two candidates so that is where your experience would come from. Remember to push this in your interviews, you are a qualified assessor with experience...just try to be confident.
