I have recently started assessing the leadership and management award and wandered if there is anyone that could give me some guidance on what kinds of assessments you get them to do. Eg what kinds of accounts do you guide them towards and what do you tend to observe?

I cant seem to find much in the way of help for assessors with this award so thought I would try here and see if anyone could help at all.
