Hi

I am due to carry out a recorded q&a section with my learner, however I am unsure of what I need to be saying before I start.
i.e Do I say the date, my name, my learners name and anyone else who is present and what we are going to cover.
is there a set procedure of what I have to say and anything following it??

Hello,
Your awarding body should supply details of what is needed. I always get the learner to state their name, confirms authenticity. As it's a q & a session then I'm guessing you are looking to cover specific units? so just say what they are.
