Hi all,
I completed my assessor course early December and gained my Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/ updated A1 qualification.
However I have been struggling to find a job since then, I've had a call from a few recruitment agencies that have run through jobs with me gave me telephone interviews to see if I meet criteria but companies they recruit for say I don't have enough experience as an assessor, one was because the head office was so far away from the job role local to me. Or I just don't hear anything at all.
Obviously I have a very good occupational experience which was needed to gain the qualification in the first place.
So yeah anyone know anything out there apart from the obvious sites to look please reply.
