Hi.

I've got an nvq level 2 in health and social care and also an nvq level 3 in health and social care adults. I gained there qualification while working in an elderly care environment. I am looking to change my career and go into childcare. I have been told that I can add units to the nvq's I already have to enable me to work with children rather than do a whole new nvq. Does anyone know if this is true?
