Hello,
This is not a question but is something that you need to show you can do. Your assessor needs to see you leaving someone's home, carrying out whatever is needed, checking windows and doors shut, locking door, putting key in keysafe and so on.

UNIT 61-SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS UNDERGOING HEALTHCARE ACTIVITIES
1.5-EXPLAIN HOW TO MANAGE THE PRIVACY AND DIGNITY OF AN INDIVIDUAL IN BOTH CONSCIOUS ANS UNCONSCIOUS.

1.6-EXPLAIN HOW TO COMPLETE RECORDS OF THE ACTIONS TAKEN AND THE INDIVIDUALS CONDITION DURING THE HEALTHCARE ACTIVITY.

IT IS MY LAST UNIT AND IM RUNNING OUT OF TIME SO ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
