hi angel.
I am doing the same unit at the momenent. I wrote.

Pressure develops when a part of the body is not moved. normally the skin is nourished by small blood vessels called capillaries. capillaries carry blood that deliver oxygen and glucose to the skin. If blood supply to the skin is cut off. the skin and deeper tissues dies.
Older people are likely to develop pressure sores individual that are confused, unable to walk or move, Individuals that suffer heart disease, high blood pressure and diabities also individuals that are incontinent. these are all disposing factors that contribute to pressures sore.

I Hope this answer your question. I am stuck on writing a reflective account on part c. Any help would be appriecated. thanks
