I need help with following questions, I realy stack on them from 2 days now and i cant move on. Please anyone help put me on good direction...

1.Outline the principles of equality, diversity and anti-discriminatory practice have been apllied to situations managing abusive and agresive behaviour.

4.State particular realting to the agencies policies and practice which have affected the work undertaken?

6.Give examples of ways which individuals communicate by behaviour as well as through language and how diffrent forms of behaviour can be interpreted?

7.Give examples of constraints to effective communication(interpersonal, physical & environmental)

Ive done so many units and I never had so much problem with answering question like I have got now.Please anybody help...My brain is cooked already...

1. e.g two individuals were arguing, you didn't take sides, you told them both to stop and you spoke to both of them about their behaviour.

4. Not sure what this question is but it seems that you are being asked to identify policies and procedures related to managing behaviour and how they affect what you do.

6. Body language e.g getting close to a person (invading their space) can be interpreted as aggression but it may just be a cultural norm. Think of other examples.

7. Interpersonal - individual is in awe of the doctor and finds it difficult to ask questions, physical - hearing or speech impairment, environmental - trying to hold a private conversation in a public area.
