hsc 369 - got one question to finish investigate theory on communication, have looked at the bercow review but this relates to children and i work in elderly care.
and
hsc 336 - give example of how the following might be constraint to effective communication
interpersonal, physical, enviromental ?
am i right in thinking
1) talking at the person not to them, talking to them like a child
2) stroke, dementia, hearing or sight impairment
3) room to noisey, not enough light, room to crowded

any help would be great thanks.
