Hi xxxmeeexxx,
Erikson - Look at the stage your individuals are at. Explain how they may act and how knowing and understanding the stages will help you to respond to them.
Maslow - you look at the levels to see what stage your individuals are at and what you need to do to raise them to the next level. For example they might have difficulty forming friendships but without them they cannot reach the next level. You help them to make friends and this raises their self esteem - they are then at the next level.
Kubler Ross - she explains the stages we all go through in bereavement or when undertaking a change such as entering residential care. If we know the stages we can support individuals with an understanding of what they are going though and what their needs are.
French and Raven - Think how a carer worker can use coercion to make an individual agree to care that suits the worker rather than them. It can also be used to positively to persuade an individual that their choice is really not good for them.
Hope that helps
