Hello,
Keep it simple and think about how a care worker could influence an individual to access, use, etc service/facility, e.g. you could keep on mentioning something, provide brochures, you could quite easily persuade someone to do something you are interested in and then get them to say something positive about it. You could make it difficult for them to get to services, not getting them dressed in time e.g.
