I'm doing that one right now and I started with:

The theories are that there are diseases, conditions and disabilities that relate directly to the disruption of the development of physical or mental processes and that learning about Growth and Development also provides a framework for understanding in greater depth who an individual is as a person.

But now I'm stuck...

how does being included i.e. using services and facilities effect someone's personal identity (how do they feel about themselves), and self esteem , relate this to a theorist such Erik Erikson who believed that social interaction and experience played a decisive role. His eight-stage theory of human development described this process from infancy through death. During each stage, people are faced with a developmental conflict that impacts later functioning and further growth. apply his theory to how access to services and facilities effect a person
