Hi all I am just starting my NVQ and need a few ideas on how to start off the first unit. I have the ideas in my head but just can't put pen to paper.
If anyone can help me i would appreciate it.

Comfortably i am just play the front 'motion assessment' and i am meet wondering how overmuch force i poorness to go in to with my answers. I dont require to drill the brains off of my assessor but then i dont necessary to get the questions misconduct. Any advice or supply u can impart for starting the NVQ3 would be majuscule.
