potential dilemma /conflct a possible slip trip or fall this is managed by risk assessment
diabetics, family saying they dont want certain care all dilemma or conflicts that occur in the work place ie diabetics demanding non diabtic food it is their right speak to family record in care plans. its about you as a carer explaining the risks to the clients
hope this helps you

e.g do not resus matters. family may write to you or care co. with orders . but for is to follow the d.n.r procedures laid by the pct. invite the family for a meeting with the local g.ps for clarification and putting appropiate DNR forms
