My employee (nursing home) enabled me free QCF Level 2 Diplomaf but only if I sign documents, I won't give up job for two years. If I do I must pay 100% for QCF. Is it legal asking me about sign the paper?
I assume the company has money from government for training their staff.
Anybody who can answer? Please

Hello,
You can't assume QCF is government funded. Ask your assessor or if you haven't started yet ask employer how award is being funded. If you know who the training provider is you can ask them.
Your employer can ask you to pay back cost, some take back pay from carers for time they have spent with assessor for awards that are government funded.
Hope you get answers you want.
