Ive got 3,
Data Protection Act
Freedom of Information Act
Care Standards

im stuck for a fourth, can anybody help please

Hi there, you could have Access to Personal Files Act 1987, Confidentiality of Personal Information 1988 or Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
