Do you have any individuals who wear reading glasses, are hard of hearing and need to see your face when communicating, speak a different language, can't read or write well etc?

This could be where you have to give complicated information to an individual who has hearing difficulties or you have to tell a sensitive individual about the death of a friend........that sort of thing.
