I have to prepare a handout to be used for staff induction and it has to include,

A description of the main points of health and safety legislation that relates to moving and handling.

Feel a bit thick but im not sure what is meant by the main points of legislation so just need a push in the right direction.

Give a short explanation of each for example the Health and Safety at Work Act says your employer must ensure your safety by providing training and suitable equipment and you must follow training and procedures and keep the individual safe.
