1. if someone has hearing problems and you dont speak correctly to them, for example ensuring they have hearing aid on, or facing them so they can lip read, then this will effect any form of conversation
2, if someone is disabled and may be in a wheelchair and two people are holding a conversation over them and not including them, then this would make that person feel angry, unimportant, perhaps even stupid.
