You need to look at your workplace's H & S policies and procedure where you will find details of safe ways of working.
For 2 you need to think about how you support your service users to stay safe, e.g. make sure they use their frames if needed, visitors need to sign in and contractors need to sign some sort of agreement when they come in. Use your home's policies and procedures to help you, there is a mine of useful (and less than useful) information there.
