hi
you need to look at the codes of practiceNCS on confidentiality and local and national P&P on sharing info confidentiality data Protection Act- how does it affect the way you work? think about what you can do / not- do what has to be paramount your needs or the people you care for ? would you like your details passed on in the staff room? No!!! only sharing of info with those who need to know.

A lot of refelecting needs the worker to put themselves in the shoes of the person they care for then reflecting on why they work it the way they do .

Hope this helps
