i would do a column for each heading list the characteristics for each one then change it into a spider diagram. so manager would be good management skills, then for a service user, good support skills. put care worker at the top as your title so that you can remember to use this as your guide.you can google characteristics and use the ones listed there and see how you can get them to tag on to your sub titles
