1) Evaluate how learning activities have affected practice.

2) Describe why teamwork is important in relation to providing pressure area care.

3) Describe what actions should be taken if the individuals wishes conflict with their plan of care in relation to health and saftey and risk assessments.

4) Describe when advice or assistance can be sought to move or handle and individual safely.

1 and 2 answered elsewhere.

3 Report the issue but follow the care plan until it is changed.

4 When there is a change in their condition that affects safety, when the individual wants to go against the care plan, when equipment is faulty, when you are unsure about how to do the task etc.
