Hi, have you done training on Food Safety/Hygiene? Did you receive any handouts or book issued by Chartered Institute of Environmental Health?
Some suggestions are: it's a legal requirement for companies working with food to take every reasonable care in all food safety issues. This can usually be achieved by following good working practice.
No one wants to eat contaminated food, the law states that people who work with food must protect it from contamination.
It's against the law to serve food that could injure health.
Food establishments have a legal duty to produce food that is wholesome & safe to eat.
If you deal with food as part of your job you're recognised as a food handler & are responsible for doing everything possible to keep food safe.
Food safety protects everyone.
Poor standards of food safety threaten health, reputations, profits & jobs.
Food poisoning is caused by contaminated food.

For a normal person certification doesn't matter, the thing which is important for them is hygiene. They prefer food which is clean and packed.
