You need to say who is involved in your appraisal, you shaould have at least one a year. If you don't then think who is involed in your supervision/1:1 meetings.

Try to think how you would work with one of your own service users. Maybe you could include talking about choosing personal items, how does it make them feel when they use their purchases, be sensitive, ask them how they would feel if they had to share accomodation with someone who had poor personal hygiene, use your own words and try to guide them towards working out for themselves how others are effected.
