Any ideas please i've looked throguh policy after policy for this with no luck, work place seem to be to busy to advise me on this and i have my nvq assessor coming to work tomo to collect my work . . . .stressed is not the word. . . .

You need to say what the procedure is for dealing with e.g. challenging behaviour, service users refusing care or support, you needing to report poor practice from staff and so on.
