1. Outline key legislation that relates to fulfilment of rights and choices and the minimising of risk of harm for an individual with dementia....
2. Describe how agreed ways of working relate to the rights of an individual with dementia.
3. Explain why it is important not to assume that an individual with dementia cannot make their own decisions
4. Explain how the best interests of an individual with dementia must be included when planning and delivering care and support.
5. Explain what is meant by providing care and support to an individual with dementia in the least restrictive way.

Any help in answering the above would be great, just getting bogged down with everything and i have three units to do by the 2nd of Jan, as well as keeping 3 children calm, working and getting through the festive period trying to keep everybody happy . . . . .

Hello,
I suspect you are looking too deeply at these questions! Your legislation will be all usual stuff like Human Rights, h & S , COSHH, Moving and Handling legislation and so on.
For the others just say what you do, how do you work with people with dementia, use good old fashioned common sense and you'll be fine. You have enough to keepyoubusy without stressing about these questions.
