I am preparing a report on Winterbourne view and i have to answer..
A description of how the issue or area of public concern has affected service provison and methods of working.
A description of how public opinion is affected by issues and aread of concern in either the health, social care sectors.
I just need a little guid to get me going

I did mine on winterbourne view and i got all my information on youtube. I sat down and played the case twice and wrote key words about winterbourne view most of the information you will need is on youtube but also there is a bbc website and they show clips on views from the council and many more people who are involved.
