Doing my lvl 3 and this is my last unit, last Task. Please, help, as I do not understand the question...
(Your work is running a campaign to improve staff understanding of all aspects of person-centred care. You have been asked to create the following material)
1. a poster which describes a RANGE OF PERSON-CENTRED APPROACHES to care.
2. A poster which explains the FACTORS WHICH CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE WELLBEING OF INDIVIDUALS.
3. a handout which explains the LINK BETWEEN IDENTITY, SELF-IMAGE AND SELF-ESTEEM.
Thank you!

Hello,
Hope this works!

http://www.skillsforcare.org.uk/Documents/Learning-and-development/Care-Certificate/S tandard-5.pdf

Have a read of the information in workbook and see if that helps.
I didn't realise people were still having to do those posters and handouts, never did like them or see the point of them. If, like me, your creative skills are rubbish you are a bit stuck.
Make the posters simple, approaches will need to centre around involving the individual, offering informed choice.
Factors can include spiritual needs, social needs, dignity, cultural needs.
For 3 you could explain that failure to keep identity, (by getting individual to make own choices about everything) will lead to loss of skills, poor health, low mood and so on.
