Hi
If I were answering these questions I'd think of myself in the person's situation....so how important is it for us to feel valued and be included so we can actively participate in doing something....
If I had acquired an injury it would be very important for me to have someone who took the time to help and assist me in developing skills that I may have lost for example, washing and dressing...being supported to do this again would be a big boost to my morale and self esteem. Friendships are important.....so everything should be done to maintain these...just because someone is unwell or changed through an illness etc it docent mean that friendships should cease...
Planning the future might be difficult yet again this is about giving the person back their power to make decisions about their life and how they would like to be supported at the end of their life.
I hope this is helpful.
