When completing the online registration application with CQC, there is a section to explain the five domains within your setting (safe, effective, caring, responsive, well-led)

Are they are looking for details on policies we have or do they want examples of procedures/process that we have under each area?

Hi all,

I need help from anyone who has done this before. We are currently registered with the CQC as domiciliary care provider and we are looking to set up a branch location. The plan is to use the existing registered manager at the new branch location so we do not need to hire new or another registered manager for the new location. Can someone who has done this before let me know if this is possible or not?
