Hi I am new to this and would like some information on how I go about starting a domilicary agency. What qualifications would be required to start and what does the interview with the CSCI entail. And is it possible for employees or managers to work toward NVQ while running an agency?

Its useful to start now because the new outcomes and regulatory framework changed from october You will need to be undertaking a leadership and management nvq level 4. You can be both manager and nominated individual. Your registration depends on whether you are a partnership,or an organisation or an individual.
