can anyone would help me this as im struggling to answer im a care assistant doing nvq2 health and social care adult.the question is.DESCRIBE HOW YOUR OWN WORK MUST BE INFLUENCED BY NATIONAL FACTORS SUCH AS,CODES OF PRACTICE,NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL STANDARDS,LEGISLATION AND GOVERNMENT INITIATIVES.

read the codes of practice you should have been showed where to obtain a copy,
we as carers/support workers must follow these guidelines as it is good practice.
there are loads of legislation you need to familise yourself with them.
