Policies, procedures and best practice,can go against an individuals wishes ie;They may dictate the bank and financial system you can use,how much cash you are allowed to hold,what type of and when a vehichle is at your dissposal.
Other agencies have different aproaches to care ie;socal or nursing.
You may be charged for aservice even if you cannot attend.
Issues surrounding one individual may impact on another.
Cant go out because insuficient staff cover.
Whant to move,just because I feel like a change(doesnt happen does it).
Mental capacity act is an initiative that afects assesment,valueing people,human rights act,disability Act,csci regulations.
Im rambling but hope gives u ideas.
