2. When should you share residents information and why?
3. What can other agencies offer to the care of residents and what agreements should be agreed?
4. Why is it important for staff to be able to improve their knowledge and have training?

1 Think about what might happen if you didn't.

2 When you have permission or sometimes when there is a safeguarding issue.

3. Health services, day care etc. It depends on the unit its for.

4 Think of the obvious answer.
