Hey guys!

Just started my NVQ, gotta have it done asap - so things are a bit stressful lol

I'm working on unit 41 atm, but the questions are so bloody bulky i'm getting confused.

The ones i'm a bit stuck on are:

Codes of practice and conduct, and standards and guidance relevant to your own and the roles, responsibilities, accountability and duties of others when communicating, recording and reporting.

I know, a right mouthful eh lol

current local, uk and european legislation and organisational requirements, procedures and practices for data protection / employment practices.

And the final one i'm a bit stuck with is:

Any help or tips would be great

c.s.c.i standards, why do we record infromation the way we do. Dont forget ledgable facts sign and date any thing

policies ,quaility assurance meetings questionaires etc

Sorry, you'll have to explain to me as if i'm totally new to care. I'm not vey good at studying

It may help if you think about what you actualy do at work, confidentiality of residents info, care plan notes, workplace polciies on Data protection, who can you pass info to, social workers, nurses doctors ect, a good place to begin would be to look at your workplace CSCI inspection report. They put inforamtion into the sections and explain how it is put into practice where you work. Hope this helps Katrina
