HI Claire, this looks like your RMA which is level 4 NVQ there is another Level 4 Health and Social Care NVQ usually managers need to have both qualifications to run a service unless they have other equivilent quals Katrina

Its sounds like you have been registered for the RMA first, best bet is to ring the company and ask them about it and make an appt to see your assessor. That should help to clear it up katrina
