		hi, not long started HSC42 can get anywhere with evidence 13 question 2 anyone got any pointers to get me going?

		Nigel656565, i started off by scanning through th H&S policies manual at my workplace and quoting legislation together with the procedures & practices relevant to my work that arose from the legislation.

		practically speaking you will need to use risk assessment, anything to do with managing voilence within workplace for example. They both are good pieces of evidence.
