The Learning Outcome is about overcoming barriers in Communication.
Firstly observation of the individual is a good start…..so what language are they using,do they have any hearing or visual impairment, physical illness, disability or learning disability? Any of these factors will have an impact on the individual & their way of communicating. That would mean that it will also have an impact on you & how well you will be able to communicate with them. Think about individuals in your workplace & write about your experience.
