Be finishing this units but can any one answer this for me please?

Why is it important to have all resources ready prior to undertake any measurement?

What action would you take if you discovered there was a problem with the environment and resources and who would you report this to?

To relieve anxiety of the service users, if service user are keep waiting it can cause the blood pressure to raise because of the anxiety they are feeling " white coat syndrome"

With Domiciliary care it is very difficult to control the environment that you are working in as this is normally the service user's home.
Any problems with the environment and resources i would need to report these to the branch manager / care co-ordinator who would then raise the issue with relevant agency care manage, community nurses, Housing agency. Within a residential home reporting the issue to your manager /senior management

Hope this helps in some way
