		Hi Caraibrit This is a bit worrying. Have you not had an induction yourself? Have you had a meeting with your A1 assessor to discuss how your NVQ is going to progress? You should also have been allocated a countersigning assessor who will have to countersign all your assessment decisions and documents while you are a trainee assessor. Ask some questions of your training provider. Dave

		virginia: hello my name is virginia,i just begun my A1 in health and social care,i am very lost , i dont have nothing to beguin the course , they only gave my an idea what to do , but i dont have any notes or folders to give to my students,i dont know how to beguin, i had a meeting with my trainnig company to know what is to be an assesor but they didnt specify in health and social carer, please can anyone guide me. thanks
