I have recently started LMCS course,my assessor told to write what is reflective practice and research 2 modles.Can any one help me where can i find this please.

Kolb's learning cycle

and

Atkins and Muphy's model of reflection

Try Erikson - look at your own 'stage' and consider how it affects your work approach.

Behaviourist theories suggest that we learn through experience/conditioning. How do your learned attitudes, values and beliefs affect your work?

Maslow - where are you in his triangle and why? How does it affect your work? What can you do to move up through the levels to become a better worker and achieve self actualisation?

Thanks aunty sue, so this account needs to include how i have develope and how it could influence that way in which i manage a care home. Am I also supposed to include the human development of service users and staff and how they may influence how i lead and manage a care home or am i going of at an tangent?

It could do. Look at the unit and KS that it relates to, they should give you a clue.
