Hi, what a great site! I'm still busy looking around to see if there are any posts that can help me out, but finding lots of useful things already!

think of risk assessments that you constantly do (without thinking about it most of the time). This could be highlighting that the individual has lack of awareness with road safety; medication/ alcohol/drugs or their mental health state can mean they put themselves in vulnerable postions etc Information can come from agencies and current workers with the individual as well carers, family and friends.

Hi there, i have recently finished my advanced apprentaceship level 3 in health and social care. I am now stuck as to what i can do because i dont know my options of where i can go with the qualifications i have. I enjoy working in the care sector but working in residential care meant i had no social life. I dont want to study nursing as its not my thing. Do you know of any jobs i can get into which would be more mon-fri 9-5 but where im still doing the work i would enjoy ??

Please please help me as i am about to give up on my whole caring career.

I recently completed this assignment and i based mine on baby p if you go on the internet and research an inncident that you know of where there were failures in the care of the individual you will find this has lots of info you can use to complete your report. Hope this helps.

Hi, just asking, is that a big deal if you missed writing a daily reports on each client's note for just only 1 night or 12 hours and even with out any problem overnight do the in charge making a documentation? I need your opinion please..Thank you.
