Q2- How to work with individuals, key people & others to evaluate your practice & improve your skills & knowledge?

Q1 In appraisals you discuss the skills and knowledge required to be an effective worker. You then evaluate your own skills and knowledge against this.

Q2 Ask them for feedback on your work ie what was good what wasn't as good etc.

Hi, I have just started my level 2, and I am stuck!! Please could you give me some direction..

I need to give a description of the care standards act and how it applies to the employer.

and what does the employer have to provide for the employee??

The answer I used to answer this question is -

"All of the above could be asked for verbal feedback concerning how I do my job as a care assistant. I could ask them what is good about how I work and what is not so good. I could also ask my workplace supervisor or colleagues with many years of experience to share their accumulated knowledge with me. Or from attending a review process i.e. care plan review"

I don't know if it's right though.
